Group communication has been a constant struggle throughout this project. It has come in good and bad fluctuations, and unfortunately it has declined and almost completely vanished with certain members in the group at the most important time.
However, the project is still moving and coming along with the formation of smaller collaborative team that has been committed to the project and have attempted to communicate with the rest of the team, undesirably there has been no response.
The loss in communication with some members and the almost ‘MIA’ reactions has unfortunately meant that our collaborative team and final project will be impacted. Without the input of all team members, mistakes and important changes cannot be made. One of the greatest advantages of a large, efficient collaborative team is the combination of creativity, ideas and opinions and our project is lacking this. After all, if you’ve been looking at the one project for a long time and you don’t have fresh pairs of eyes checking it, mistakes are made and opportunities are missed….
